Para sa akin, swak siya hindi harsh, hindi rin super intense. Kung madali kang ma trigger sa strong cleanses, okay si Bioflush kasi gentle lang. Walang kakaibang lasa, walang hilo, at ang dali isingit sa daily routine isang capsule lang bago matulog.
Performance: Gradual ang epekto, which I actually prefer. Unang ilang araw, mas naging regular ang pag CR ko pero hindi nakakaabala. Pagdating ng second week, napansin ko na mas magaan na ang tummy after kumain. Wala akong naramdamang cramps or weird side effects. Bonus pa na mas guminhawa pakiramdam ko throughout the day parang hindi ako sluggish.
